The Rooswijk
In 2016, one of the largest Dutch maritime archaeological investigations ever took place. Off the coast of Kent, England, the Cultural Heritage Agency for the Netherlands searched for the remains of the VOC ship 'de Rooswijk,' which sank in 1740 on the Goodwin Sands.
